Emily is a compassionate and dedicated teacher who draws on her unique background in gymnastics, dance, and Pilates to create fun and challenging sessions for her clients.

Emily turned to Pilates as a way to rebuild core strength and mobility after a serious knee injury.  Since then Emily has relied on Pilates to keep her moving throughout every aspect of life.

In addition to Pilates, Emily is a certified Balanced Body Barre instructor and a professional belly dancer.  She owns a small studio in southeast Portland, where she teaches weekly barre and belly dance classes.

Emily strives to make her students feel more confidant and comfortable in their bodies.
