Pilates Full Studio (Matwork and All Apparatus)
Certification Curriculum
Overview
Our Pilates Full Studio Certification consists of 4 three-day intensives for a total of 12days consisting of 72 contact hours. This course covers all levels (beginning, intermediate, and advanced) on all the Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs and Barrels) as well as the Pilates Fundamentals and Matwork. Intensives One and Two focus on the Fundamentals, Matwork and Reformer. Intensives Three will be dedicated to the Cadillac/Trapeze table, and Intensive Four will focus on Barrels and Chair. You will learn the classical work of Joseph Pilates as well as variations and modifications for each of the exercises. This course will equip you to teach a broad spectrum of clients from high-energy health club settings to clients with more therapeutic needs.
In general, intensives 1/2 and 3/4 are conducted over two consecutive 3 day weekends. There is an option to pursue certification in Reformer and Matwork only. Additionally, for those already trained in reformer, there is the option to take the Chair, Barrels, and/or Cadillac trainings independent from the other intensives.
