Pre-Training / Continued Education Workshop
This weekend workshop is perfect for anyone interested in getting their Pilates Instructor Certification or any current instructor looking to continue their education. Attendees will be reviewing classical Pilates Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Chair exercises with Teacher Trainer and Studio Owner, Jeanni Chrisman. Each day will consist of 6 hours of training, with a one hour lunch break.
We encourage anyone interested in taking the teacher training in February to take this workshop as a pre-training!

Pilates Teacher Training
Theis course teaches you to design, teach and modify beginning, intermediate and advanced level classes, integrating small props to add variety and to meet the specific needs of your clients.
