This Pilates Pre-Training weekend is highly recommended for people taking the Full Pilates Studio Certification in June or as a review/update for certified teachers.
Includes: Review of exercises on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Chair. This intensive is a total of 12 hours. These hours are eligible for Continuing Education Credits!

Dates: May 16th & May 17th 2020
Saturday: 11am-6pm (includes an hour for lunch)
Sunday: 9am-4pm (includes an hour for lunch)
Saturday will be review of exercises on the Mat and Reformer. Sunday will be review of exercises on the Cadillac and Chair.
