Small group sessions are equipment classes, limited to three people, using various pieces of Pilates and/or Gyrotonic equipment. The focus is still on a balanced workout, but has a different energy and flow to it. We can match people up with groups that are appropriate, or clients can encourage friends and family to join them.
If you are new to Pilates or GYROTONIC®, we recommend doing at least five private sessions to learn the system and equipment in preparation for joining a group class. Once we assess your goals and level, we can help you determine the best equipment class to join. If there isn’t one on the schedule, let us know and we can work to create a class for you.
